Dr. Stephen Rubinkan has practiced general and cosmetic dentistry for 41 years. He has been at his current office in Rancho Peñasquitos, CA for 22 years. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry in 1970. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Diego County Dental Society, Crown Council, and is active in Rotary Club. Dr. Rubinkan frequently participates in study groups, seminars, and dental conventions that keep him informed of the very latest dental technology.
